Lesson in contentment

Logged onto Facebook and guess what I found.
A group of Malaysians complaining about the recent petrol price hike.

Gee. I wonder if they know how sheltered they are by the government. The price of petrol IS still way lower than those at other countries. The price of petrol in Adelaide is about Rm4.80/litre when converted to Ringgit Malaysia. But guess these people have not bothered considering about other countries that are also experiencing the price hike eh?

Sighs.

If only the public transports in Malaysia are as efficient as Australia's. Don't know about other countries' though. But yeah, Malaysians should learn to make use of public transports, carpools or just good ol' walking. People should find ways to reduce the use of petrol instead of sitting in front of their computer complaining about the price hike. What good would that do?

And for a quick update of my life. School's out and assignments are all gone. Finally. Time for me to kick back and relax with some novels from the library, a nice warm cup of thick hot chocolate and my fluffy comfortable blanket to protect me from any monsters under the bed.

Three weeks of holidays seems so long. Especially after having classes twelve weeks straight. My current plans for this holidays? Beach, lazing around and probably clean up the apartment. If I can ever get to that. (:

Plans for Victor Harbour is still on-going. But that'll have to wait till dear Raymond's holidays begin. Till then, it's all about being a pig and staying up till the wee hours of morning! :D

P.S. Can't wait for little Giggles, Bounce & Spirit. 8D
